Q: I don't have a paypal account, can I still buy from you?

Yes. You can use the easy and secure payment service provided by Western Union (Bidpay). This service accepts AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover. The advantage of this service, like Paypal, is that we receive instant confirmation of your payment. That shortens the time for you to receive the product by 7 - 10 days, when compared with Money Order.

We also accept Bank Money Order.

We do NOT receive Postal Money Order NOR personal checks. We will not be able to cash them.

Q: I haven't heard from you since I've made the payment?

A: Our system does send out payment confirmation to the your email address listed in eBay for EVERY payment we receive .

If you have made your payment with Paypal or Bidpay (Western Union), please allow up to 48 hours to receive a payment received confirmation from us.

If you have made your payment with Money Order, please allow 7 - 10 days for the money order to arrive to us.

In any case, if you do not hear from us, please double check your email account to see if it is full or if your internet provider is blocking our email. Please email us if you have any questions regarding to our receipt of your payment.

Q: How can I return my purchase? (More detail please refer our Return Policy)

A: Customer satisfaction is our first priority. We are committed to provide you with products of the highest quality in the market. If you need to return the product within 30-days of receiving the product, please contact us. We will give you further instructions on how to do so. In your email, please tell us the problems and difficulties you have encountered with our product or service. If you have a defective product, we will provide you with an exchange or a full refund.

Q: I have technical difficulties. What should I do?

A: It is our top priority to ensure you have a satisfactory shopping experience.

We provide technical support for the installation of the sim device. Please send us an email by providing the following information. The more information we have, the easier it will be for us to resolve the problem.

1. What is your phone model?
2. What is your operating system?
3. Did you follow the instructions of our installation manual?
4. What error message you got when you install the device?
5. Please let us know more about the error. What is the exact error message? Which step of the installation is it when the error occurs? Which application gives you the error message?

Shipping Charges and Destinations

Q: Do you ship to countries outside USA?

A: Yes, we do. We ship to all destinations in the world.


Q: What is the shipping charge to countries outside USA?

A: We are glad to offer the same shipping charge for all destinations in the world. Please refer to the listing page for the shipping charge of your purchases.

Q: I have bought multiple items. How much should I pay for shipping?

A: To calculate the total shipping, after the first item, please deduct $1.5 in shipping fee for each additional item you purchase:

2 items - deduct $1.5
3 items - deduct $3.0
4 items - deduct $4.5
5 items - deduct $6.0
and so on.....

Once we receive your payment, we will combine your purchases and ship them in one package.

Q: Can I change my shipping address?

A: We send all packages to the customer address registered in gadget-usb.com. If you want to change your shipping address for a particular shipment, please send us an email with the alternative address after you send your in payment.


Q: Can I expedite the shipment? Is express shipment available?

A: We send all packages via Registered Air Mail provided by Hong Kong Post. It normally takes 7 - 10 days to arrive at most destinations.

However, if you do want to expedite the shipping, you can choose to ship through Speedpost , which takes 2 - 4 days to arrive at most destinations. For most items, please add $10 to the regular shipping fee. If you choose to use this option, please send us an email after your payment to confirm the shipping method.


Parcel Arrival (Date & Process, etc)

Q: When will my item be shipped?

A: In most cases, we will ship your item within 4 days after we receive the payment. Please refer to the following table to see the time between you send out your payment and when we receive it.

Time between when you send out the payment and when we receive it:
1) Paypal: instant
2) Paypal eCheck: 3 - 5 days
3) Bidpay: instant
4) Money Order: 7- 10 days
5) Wire Transfer: 1 -3 days

We'll send you a shipping notification after we ship the item. From the day the parcel is sent out, it normally takes 7 to 10 days for the parcel to arrive at most destinations. It may take longer to arrive at remote destinations .

Q: How often do you ship?

A: We currently ship out parcels twice a week. Our current schedule is Thursday and Monday. We group our parcels together in order to save you shipping fees through the post office bulk discount.

Q: Which shipping date will my order be grouped into?

A: We have a cutoff time for preparing our parcel for a certain shipping date. Usually that is 24 hours before the shipping date (please also account for the 12 hour time difference between Asia and N. America). In the other words, when we receive a payment after the cutoff time of the closest shipping date, we will send out the parcel in our next shipping date. We implement this cutoff time to allow time to prepare for your parcel carefully.

Q: How long will it take for the parcel to arrive?

Normally, the parcel will take 7 - 10 days to arrive to the most destinations. Remote areas may take longer.

Q: I haven't received my package yet. What should I do?

A: If you have received our Shipping Notification, please allow 7 - 10 days for the parcel to arrive. Please allow more time if you live in more remote areas. Occasionally, delays may happen due to

1) handling of the parcel by the local post office (Eg. USPS in the States)
2) delay in the clearing of customs
3) re-routing of flights due to weather or other reasons

Please email us if you still have not received the package more than 7 days after the expected arrival date.

If you have not received our Payment Received Confirmation email, then we have not received your payment.

If you have not received our Shipping Confirmation email, then your parcel may not been sent out. Please email us if it already has passed the expected shipping date.


Q: What is my tracking number?

For orders after 6/21/2006, you can obtain the tracking number by visiting our On-Line Tracking System.

For orders before 6/21/2006, please contact us for tracking number.

Q: What is your shipping process?

receive payment -> send out Payment Received Confirmation email to customer -> prepare parcel -> send out parcel through Hong Kong Post -> send Shipping Confirmation email to customer.

A: You can expect from us:
1) Payment Received Confirmation within 24 hours after we receive your payment
2) Shipping Confirmation within 24 hours after the parcel is sent out


Q: I have just sent you an inquiry, why I haven't heard from you?

A: Most emails will be answered within 24 - 48 hours. We answer emails Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. (Hong Kong Time +8:00 GMT). Please allow more time for us to reply if you send us an inquiry after business hours, during the weekend, or during our public holidays.
